(More customer reviews)After my last experience with Amazon I WILL NOT make a future purchase. I purchased a retractable dog leash for the puppy I was getting. The day that we left to drive nine hours for the little guy, my "retractable dog leash" came, however it was a canvas wine gift bag. I called Amazon immediately, a little tiffed that I just paid $30 for a $5 bag, and NOW had to run to PetSmart to purchase a SECOND leash to go get the dog with. The representative was polite, however they wouldn't issue me a refund, just an exchange. A week later (after purchasing a leash at PetSmart thankfully) I received my exchange from Amazon, which surprise surprise was another canvas wine gift bag. This time I called and demanded my $40 dollars back and free return labels. Each time the representatives said "oh it must just be a mix up from the distributor." You would think a multi-billion dollar company could get it right after two tries.
Next time, I'll stick with eBay.
